Delicious chocolate crispy cakes in Oak

We were very lucky in oak today because we made chocolate crispy cakes as part of our science topic ‘changing materials’. The children were very good at explaining how the chocolate began as a solid and then changed into a liquid when it was heated. They were especially good at licking their fingers! Yummy.
