Wow we’ve had a fun morning telling the story of ‘Little Jack’. We had a go at learning the actions and telling the story about the little boy who visits his grandma with 2 shiny mackerel, a crab and a clam shell. We have been making puppets and retelling the story, making play doh objects to go in our creels and having lots of fun exploring a real mackerel!!! We had some amazing wow words from the children when they touched the fish such as slippery, sparkly, pongy and rubbery!
